They can spend a half-hour washing a car, while leaving the water running the whole time!

They fill their wading pools in the morning and empty them at the end of the day.

They clean the sidewalks with a hose instead of a broom.

Removing the faucet handles IS NOT the answer!

The Faucet-Guard lets on-site managers control the use of outside water faucets,
preventing the waste of costly water from unauthorized use
of your essential outdoor faucets, while allowing YOU to use them when needed.

The welded steel Base attaches to the building with 10 high-strength screws. When open, the Faucet-Guard allows easy access for hose attachment and operation of the valve.

With the welded steel Cover in place, 
the faucet is inaccessible.
Installed dimensions:
 5" wide, 7-1/4" tall,
4" deep (inside), clears most faucets.

The all-steel, welded Cover has high-strength steel fingers which engage slots in the base. The tongue of the Cover fits inside a steel slot in the Base and is secured with a padlock (customer-provided) to protect outside faucets from abuse and vandalism, yet it allows easy access to the faucets when the cover is off.

There is room inside the cover for foam insulation to help protect against freezing.
